If you're not satisfied with your Sajrah purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • It is securely repacked in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to avoid damage during transit

  • It must be securely repacked to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • The returned product will be inspected upon arrival before the refund is approved.

Refund Processing

Once your returned product has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Products returned broken, damaged, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product arrived damaged
  • The item is defective or misprinted

Returns are only accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and custom production reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen by customer
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items used, altered, or damaged by customer

3. Replacement Process

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

  2. Send clear photos or video of the issue
  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement

If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • We cannot fulfill your order
  • A replacement is not possible

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on bank or payment gateway processing time.
